Biography
ALICIA BIRDER is Executive/Artistic Director of Birder Studio of Performing Arts, a non-profit performing arts studio in De Pere, WI. Alicia launched Birder Studio of Performing Arts in 2010 to continue to develop and provide arts education and entertainment for our community, nurturing creative, collaborative and well –rounded performers. The curriculum is designed to develop self-confidence through performing. Our training program includes jazz, tap, musical theatre, acting, voice, stage management, yoga, barre, and Pilates for both children and adults.
Alicia has appeared in numerous local and regional television commercials as television spokesperson and in industrial films.
A 1980 graduate of St. Norbert College, she studied at the Milpitas School of Performing Arts in San Francisco and performed with the San Jose Civic Light Opera, served as choreographer with the Naples Dinner Theatre, Naples FL and Director for the Maltz Jupiter Theatre and Craig Wich Studio of Performing Arts, Jupiter, FL.

Birder Studio of Performing Arts offers programs in all shapes, sizes and settings. If you, your child or a friend has an interest in the arts, Birder Studio is the place for you. Perhaps you like to draw, dance, act, sing or even build creative things? Maybe you are interested in television, film or backstage production? We want our students to thrive and we provide educational opportunities for them to do so. The dedicated focus of our instructors enables both introductory and intensive training in the performing arts and peripheral exposure to other performance areas.
